Handmade Product Disclaimer
Each painting is 100% handmade, making every piece unique. As a result, slight variations in texture, brush strokes, colors, or small details are normal and should not be considered defects.
However, if the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the product shown on our website, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our 7-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
The painting must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Custom or personalized paintings.
Commissioned artwork.
Digital products or downloadable files.
Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Online Art Workshops.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your painting arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with clear photos of the package and artwork. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
